Here at Primal we pride ourselves on quality, fun, and of course outstanding results! Founded in Yorkshire, We focus on our Four pillars to psychologically make the changes necessary to Transform someone's fitness, body shape & overall health. We offer 3 membership plans to our clients that offer a range of different services to suit our clients needs. From online coaching, nutrition plans, across the board gym access and morning fitness classes, we've got you covered here at Primal.

Male Coaching Membership
Welcome to our Male coaching membership. This involves 4 Group PT Sessions per week at 7am-7:45am Monday to Thursday, expert nutritional guidance, and a WhatsApp small group support chat. Weekly weigh ins and health check are also provided to our clients with this membership, alongside 24/7 open gym access.
Primal Online Coaching
Join our 8 week Transformation course Online, from there we onboard you within 24 hours and explain everything Training, Nutrition, Support and of course Results. We have a limited capacity for Online coaching, Sign up below

We have 5 different classes here at Primal GYMS
Pyro
Accessible functional fitness, just like you'd find at your local Box. Our WOD (Workout of the day) Is created to test your Fitness and Strength. (45 mins)
Power Box
Boxing pad / bagwork into Circuit training. (45 mins)
Bootcamp
Primal's staple American style bootcamp sessions ran since 2015. (45 mins)
Focus
Upper body / Lower body or Ab focused sessions. Weighted and bodyweight movements coached from the centre of the studio in a "On the spot" Technical style session. (30 mins)
Strong
Deadlift, Squat, Bench press and other compound lifts noted weekly to increase strength. With Weighted and Functional movements in between sets. (45 mins)
